questions for those with cleaning ladies/people

My cleaning lady was pregnant and had a complicated pregnancy so since July she's been gone and not coming back till February (baby born this week).  She found us a replacement but I don't love the new person.

1- does your person change sheets?

2- does your person clean hardwood floors?  not sweep/vacuum but clean? if so with what you provide or do they bring their own?

3- anyone else never met their cleaning person?  My mom can't believe I've never met her, maybe that is me being too trusting

4- how often do they come clean?

5- clean everything every time?

    2- does your person clean hardwood floors?  not sweep/vacuum but clean? if so with what you provide or do they bring their own? Don't have hardwoods, but she would hand clean the kitchen/bathroom/entry way floors.

    3- anyone else never met their cleaning person?  My mom can't believe I've never met her, maybe that is me being too trusting. I was always here to let her in, but would leave.

    4- how often do they come clean? Every other week.

    5- clean everything every time? Yes

    1- does your person change sheets? Nope, but she would if I asked her to.

    2- does your person clean hardwood floors?  not sweep/vacuum but clean? if so with what you provide or do they bring their own? No hardwoods, but she does clean our tile.

    3- anyone else never met their cleaning person?  My mom can't believe I've never met her, maybe that is me being too trusting. She's a friend of mine, so yes we know each other well.

    4- how often do they come clean? 1-2x per month for the super deep cleaning.

    5- clean everything every time? Yup.

    2- does your person clean hardwood floors?  not sweep/vacuum but clean? if so with what you provide or do they bring their own?Yes they vacuum and then wash the floors and they use all their own stuff

    3- anyone else never met their cleaning person?  My mom can't believe I've never met her, maybe that is me being too trustingI've met mine but they are my nanny's parents and that is how I found my nanny. 

    4- how often do they come clean? Every 2 weeks

    5- clean everything every time?Yep.  They will also do all kinds of other things like clean out your fridge, wash windows, polish silver, organize closets.  They are awesome!
