  totally - i just hollered out dammit - and chucked it in the trash can. not sure if they were listening. but i felt a little embarrassed afterwards.

At least you throw it away, I always subconsciously put it back in the pen holder, only to rediscover it's out of ink the next day...kind of like when you're looking for something to eat and you open the fridge, see nothing you want to eat, open the cupboard, see nothing you want to eat, and then come back to the fridge hoping something magical happened.

  Lol omg, I sometimes hold onto my spent pens too. It's like I just can't part with them. I have some pens in the cup on my desk right now that have been out of ink for like...a year...

  This is me!! I always put it back in the pen holder thinking it will magically grow more ink or something!!  It's so hard to let go of a great pen!
