We got the house we wanted!!!!

yay!!! Move in date is November 1st! I'm so excited. We are going to rent it for now since DH is in his last few years of his PhD program. Depending on which job he wants when he graduates we may have to move. We have the option of buying though if we don't. I'm so happy!!! Big Smile 

Now we just have to rent the townhouse that we own.... any takers?Wink
