So I couldn't sleep much last night knowing I would test this morning. My hubby's birthday is today so I thought it would be the best birthday present...it certainly was!
I'm 5 weeks and 2 days today
In case this helps for any TTC you are welcome to read below:
I got off the pill in May and had body changes that made me think I was pregnant (phantom symptoms). After that my body calmed down a bit but I could still feel major cramps during ovulation and soreness in breast, always ending 4-5 days before period though. Sadly though my cycle went from exactly 28 days on the pill to about 38-40 days ....not the easiest when TTC.
We intially tried every other day and then when ovulation stips tested positive everyday. The trying every other day was a little excessive and unfortunately also decreased his count. Earlier this month I decided to really "take action" within a week of, and TTC a couple of days prior to the positive ovulation strips and then every day until it was negative.
A few things I noticed at first:
1. I had no cramps or felt any discomfort like normal from ovulating (this may not be true for everyone) but certainly had me thinking.
2. Phantom symptoms have you thinking you may be pregnant especially just a day or two DPO, I don't really think anything would show up that early.
3. 7 DPO I got extreme fatigue and the best way to describe this is you feel like you are coming down with a cold or illness. But I had no other symptoms of an actual sickness, this part did lighten up a few days later.
4. 8-9 DPO breast soreness, a common occurence with me so I didn't think much of it.
5. 10 DPO light waves of nausea (out of nowhere) along with a little cramping below. Breast soreness continued longer than normal.
14 DPO BPF...on all three tests, gotta make sure lol.
Best of luck out there to all!

Congrats!
Just wondering why you say you are 5w2d? If you got a BFP (not BPF) today at 14 DPO, that would make you 4w0d (if you know when you ovulated, how do you know you are 14 dpo?)
Not trying to be snarky! Congrats on your BFP! It just bugs me when people confuse weeks and DPO.
