natural/home cold remedies

Can anyone share theirs? I feel like I'm coming down with a cold and am really trying to take care of this before it gets worse (last cold I had earlier this summer landed me in the ER).

    my only thing we cant have lol....my papaw would give me whiskey and orange juice and send me to bed! to bad we cant do that. and i feel your paint woke up this morning snotty (which does not help with the gag and puking thing i got going on... and sore throat coughing..the works. hope it passes soon for you

    If you're already stuffy you can use a neti pot to help clear you out.

    not stuffy yet...normally my colds start off with a scratchy throat.

    Vitamin C, Garlic capsules.. colloidal silver. Too sooth your throat if it's sore you can drink lemon juice and some honey, warm is good too.

    humidifier in bedroom at night while sleeping...long hot bath

    Thanks ladies! I do have a humidifier so I'll definitely be putting that to use.  Going out to store later for lemon and tea!
