I'm baking up some peaches for baby food, & wholesomebabyfood.com says to bake until the skin puckers, but doesn't state an approximate time.

Can anyone give me an approximate time until they are done? I don't want to keep checking every 5 mins....

Nevermind, they're done. Fyi, it takes about 30mins.
And my house smells AMAZING!!
