A pinterest recipe review. Kind of.

I made this for breakfast this morning except...

I omitted the eggs, used quick oats, and brown sugar instead of maple syrup (because we only had pancake syrup and I thought that might be weird). It was delicious and basically all I did was stir some pumpkin and nuts into my oatmeal.

I fvcking love pumpkin.

    Ohhh, that sounds delicious. I love anything pumpkin. I'm going to have to try this.

    I need to make this now.  That sounds awesome and I just happen to have 1 cup of pumpkin in my fridge leftover from when I made pumpkin spice cookies.  SCORE!  I know what we're having for breakfast tomorrow morning.  :)
