Due date: May 22 Exercise of choice: Spin, running How many workouts did you get in this week? 5 (M-F) Have you had to modify anything yet? last week I found it hard to stay under 140 bpm, this week I found it hard to get up to that Workout brag of the week: 30 min run and 1 hr spin on Tuesday, it was awesome! Workout woe of the week: yesterday and today were so hard. I really had no energy and could barely get 30 minutes in each day. I'm really looking forward to the weekend off to re-energize.

Due date: May 28th Exercise of choice: jogging/running How many workouts did you get in this week? from Saturday to today- 3 Have you had to modify anything yet? yes, once I finished my long run on Saturday, I'll be running short distances from here on out. Workout brag of the week: I did a 15k on Saturday. I trained for about 2 months and was able to complete it with the heat being close to 90 degrees. Workout woe of the week: none. I took it easy this week.
How many workouts did you get in this week? so far, 4. I took last night off because I have a bad cold that is moving into my lungs. Yuck.
Have you had to modify anything yet? Just running a lot slower and taking walking breaks on long runs.
Workout brag of the week: I ran 9 miles on Sunday. And working out seemed to help my m/s on Monday and Tuesday. Another reason to force myself to do it.
Workout woe of the week: This head cold! I am signed up for a 5k tomorrow and am really bummed I won't be "racing" it. I am going to have to just run it for fun, which is fine I guess, but I have done so many 5k's for fun I wanted to run fast.
I will not answer all these questions because I didn't do anything this week. Usually I run the treadmill and I take pole classes once week. I also plan to sign up for some prenatal yoga classes. For a number of reasons I got off the wagon, but hope to start back up this weekend. Hope to have something better to post next Friday!

Workout woe of the week: I usually pass out on the couch way early, and I end u not getting to spend as much time as DS.
Have you had to modify anything yet? I'm having to take a lot more walking breaks during my runs. I couldn't run during my 2ww per RE orders so I lost a lot of endurance and now I find that I'm much slower. I think I'm mentally scared to push myself too much right now.

I can not exercise in first tri. The nausea is killing me. My main source of exercise is keeping up with my 21 month old right now. As soon as the nausea subsides, I will walk. I miss running!

My sister did it her entire pregnancy, and said it helped keep her in shape, so I can't wait. Workout woe of the week: That I just feel too sick to really do anything too exciting with my workout.

Workout woe of the week: I was sick with a cold that prevented me from working out for two days.

Yes, I sit most of the time during spin and don't do the intense runs or hills. Workout brag of the week: Burned 700 calories for sitting in spin! I have a 5k race tomorrow and I expect a personal worst (plus I obviously have to pass on the free beer part afterward). But it's all worth it for the little one.
