NMR: Wheel of Fortune is coming to my city!!

I'm a huge fan!!  I watch it almost every night and I'm pretty good at solving puzzles.  Big Smile  I've been telling DH that I have got to get on the show.  Well, they are coming to a casino about 20 miles from where I live to do auditions!  I know it will take a miracle for me to actually get on the show but I have to try.  I can't even wait!!  They're going to be in town on Wednesday and Thursday next week.  Wish me luck!!

    Use the twins!! Maybe it will give you an edge over everyone, or something that will stand out for you if you say you just had twin girls!

    FYI- I did that a dew months ago. They take a certain number if people for each "audition" (like 3000). Then you all file into a room and people are chosen at random to actually go up and play the game. Only like 30 people make it on stage. They then will filter through all the forms and possibly call you back for a real audition a few months later. Definitely play up the multiples on your audition form. Have fun though- it was fun to watch!

    Good luck I have to several tapeings when they filmed in SF. I have a family memember who works on the show so we got to go for free. It is neat to see they tape it.

    I grew up watching it every night with my parents, and actually watch it most nights still along with Jeopardy!  They did auditions in my city about 12 yrs ago, and I got a call back.  Basically, they are looking for very enthusiastic people... the type that jump up and down when solving puzzles, etc.  LOL  Since I was the only one in my family that got the call back, I was very shy (only 19 yrs old) during the auditions, so never heard back.
