So I have been trying to eat healthy this pregnancy and I'm doing pretty good. I usually eat whole grain cereal for breakfast, a turkey sandwich for lunch with cheese and apples, and then a decent dinner...and then I eat an ice cream sundae, every night. I have no power over this, I NEED that sundae. Vanilla ice cream, hershey's syrup, salted peanuts, and whip cream...I tell myself every day that I will refrain from the sundae but 8:30 PM rolls around and I find myself in the kitchen making that damn sundae. Best part is that after I eat it, the baby kicks around like crazy...the bad part is that I'm going to end up eating 200 sundaes before this pregnancy is over.
Does anyone else have something they just keep going back to?

Chocolate milk. I've gotten into the habit of buying the jugs and I have a small glass after work each day. It's my treat that I look forward too. It all started when I got a cold a few weeks ago and it was all I could think about. I didn't know why since I never really drank it before, and once I bought it I now have to have a glass every day. So I get a 2 litre jug every two weeks or so.
The good news is when we run out I can hold off until we go shopping again.
Anything chocolate. I've even finished off all the chocolate chips I use for baking. I feel ridiculous when I consider how I eat pretty healthily otherwise, and cancel all that goodness by raiding my baking supplies like a maniac!

Anything sweet. I have NEVER been a sweets person, never really cared for candy or chocolate, ice cream or cookies. Now... I have package of double stuff oreos I bought a week ago that has about 5 left, I usually buy a carton of ice cream a week but I try to share with DF
I buy candy all the time!! I absolutely love and crave the Butterfinger Snackers YUM, I leave them out for a little bit to melt them some and they just taste amazing!! I also go through a gallon of chocolate milk a week...
I'm so hoping that this sweets craving goes away after LO gets here!
Now you have made me crave that trail mix-y thing with candy corn and dry roasted peanuts. And I have my GTT tomorrow. I don't know if this can wait until afterwards
