Jealous!

Jealous of all of the ultrasound posts!  I just found out today that I will not have an ultrasound until 20 weeks unless I am having complications.  Of course I am hoping for no complications..just bummed that I dont get to verify that everything is looking good.

    I was seriously about to make this exact same post.  I have my first appointment tomorrow with a new Dr. but I doubt he will give me one any earlier than 20 weeks!

    Ha, before I even opened this, I knew it was going to be about ultrasounds.  I had one yesterday, because I was under the care of a fertility specialist.  BE SO GLAD that you don't have to know what that's like.  Did I love seeing my baby?  Yes.  Would I have traded that u/s for 14 months of no baby?  Yeah, I would have.

    I've definitely noticed that everyone's been getting ultrasounds recently. I'm a bit jealous since I still have another week and a half to go until my first appointment. I know that the doctor typically does an ultrasound at the 8 week appointment, but I'm meeting with the nurse practitioner so I don't know if I'll get one through her. Anyways, every day is one day closer to my appointment!
