Need help with baby boy MN

I am pretty sure that we are going for Lewis as the first name, but I am not sure on a MN, please can you let me know what you think, other suggestions are also welcome:

Lewis John B..man (DHs fathers name)

Lewis Aaron B..man (Just like it)

Lewis Ethan B..man (I wanted Ethan Lewis, but I think Ethan is too popular to be a fn)

Lewis Carter B..man (My maiden name)

Diagnosed with Anti little c antibodies. DS1 7.11.11 - Anaemia and Jaundice. 10 days in the NICU, 1 exchange transfusion and 4 blood transfusions. DS2 29.8.13 - Anaemia 7 days in the NICU and 1 exchange transfusion. Both are now happy and healthy.

    I like Lewis Carter! It's a little unique but not overly-so.
    BFP: 9/20 Blighted Ovum DX: 10/21 @ 9 weeks. Waiting for m/c.

    I have a real soft spot for the name Aaron.

    I normally dislike Carter as anything other than a last name, but since it's your maiden name, Lewis Carter is ok.

    (I like Aaron Lewis/Ethan Lewis the best FWIW)

    I LOVE the name Lewis - so cute! I also love using mommy's maiden name as a middle name so I vote Lewis Carter. Great name!
