* A bowl of matzo ball soup (homemade by me)
* Salad (which I didn't eat all of because I got paranoid that the lettuce was wilty and old looking)
* Fruit smoothie (made with frozen banana, strawberries, blueberries and vanilla activia)
Sounds nice and healthy, right? Right. Except I am on my way out the door and headed to Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins. There is a glazed donut, blueberry muffin and a scoop of ice cream in my future!

breakfast: bowl of frosted shredded wheat w/ total 100% (have been mixing cereals since I was a kid) & a few bites of my husband's eggs.
lunch: 1/3 lb cheeseburger from Hardee's & a few fries. YUM!!!!!

I'm worried I didn't bring enough food with me to work today and that I'll have to go buy a bag of chips or something to tide me over

Lunch: Lean Cuisine - Chicken Enchilada & 2 chocolate chip cookie - but I want MORE cookies
Snack: I have an apple in my future - but might need to have MORE COOKIES

breakfast #2- 7:30 am- (4 am was really early) teddy grahams, bagel with low fat veggie cream cheese, and orange gatorade.
lunch- 11:00 AM- mashed potatoes, mac N cheese, and a chicken wrap.
snack- more teddy grahams, and more choc milk
dinner (in about 2 hours)- cheese rotini, rosa sauce, and chicken cutlets.

Yep, a big nutritional fail today. I did plan to eat the rest of a banana that DS was having for snack and then he ate the entire super giant banana and it was the last one. I can't steal bananas from the 14 month old suffering with 3 days of a bad belly. It just wouldn't be nice.
