update on DH drama

Hey ladies,

Thanks for all your wonderful comments/advice/kind words when I was going through crap with DH (weight issues/butting heads/etc).  We had a 2 hour talk last night where I just broke down and BAWLED...I told him how he made me feel, that I felt he was unsupportive, etc...told him I posted about the weight on here and I had 53 comments and many of you said you wanted to kick him in the junk haha!  Anyway, after talking things through and understanding each other (he hasn't known what I needed from him...he is cluless like that)...we figured it out.  He knows what I need (and I know what he needs...he is a nervous daddy to be too).  He apologized and has been so sweet to me...so thanks for everything and hopefully all my future DH posts will be happy! :)

    Aww thats great. Its amazing what sitting down and talking can do! Im sure things wont be perfect, but now when you have a tiff, you can remember that talk and think about what you both have to do. Very proud of him for stepping up a bit and taking your feelings into consideration more. Guess he didnt like the foot to the junk idea much!!

    Good deal girl!  I think that guys don't always realize the harm that their words can do because they don't necessarily take offense to the same things we do.  I'm glad that you were able to get your point across in a way that he would understand.

    Congrats OP. I'm glad you had a heart to heart. Sometimes they just need us to spell it out.

    Glad you guys talked it out! There is a lot of emotions from both sides when your lives are going to change, in a very good way.

    I am glad you talked to him. He needed to know how you felt. Now you know if he steps out of line again you have a whole group of women ready to whip his butt back in shape!
    i wish i could be joking but my dad is the music teacher at a church so he owuld be mad. we had sex, all the time how bad i know but we dont want to wait and he said GREAT OH KAY! and I was really feeling the wets? down there- too embarsed to say- but he acted like man.
