Is anyone thinking of Christmas shopping already?

Now that I have a long weekend to relax, I've actually thought about what I can get my family for Christmas.
I know, it's only September. What I like to do is buy things on sale early on and wrap them up in December. I have lots of family members (I'm talking over 30 people, mostly cousins, aunts and uncles in this list). I don't like to spend over $10 per gift.
I've given lotions, makeup, and clothes in the past.
I need new ideas and I'm thinking of getting these gifts online. So if anyone has any cool websites/deals/offers, I'd love to hear them

I do this also. However, I always end up shopping at all the sales as well. I am about halfway done now.
One of the things I love to give is really nice Christmas ornaments. I wait until after Christmas and go to Macys and get amazing deals on Lenox and Waterford ornaments.
Etsy is a great online resource for you. They have so much great stuff.
Can you do any homemade stuff for people? Last year I made homemade vanilla (it is awesome), kahlua and something like those international coffees. I also do homemade wreathes that are very popular.
What kind of stuff are you looking for?

I do this too. Well.... the first part. I buy stuff year-round, but have a tendancy to A. forget, B. lose it or C. get so excited about the gift that I find an excuse to give it early. So I guess it doesn't work so good for me. lol
I am planning to do a lot of my shopping on black friday. I go to the outlet mall with my bff at 11pm and we shop until about 4am. Its awesome and we usually make out pretty good.
I also use websites like amazon. For coworkers and cousins, I usually wait until BBW has a good sale (buy 3 get 3 free) and try to find a coupon code for 20% off and/or free shipping and I will stock up then.

Maybe if I'm good at it I can actually knit some scarfs, hats and/or gloves. I have a feeling that it will be time consuming to create dozens of these items in less than 2 months.

I only have a couple people left to finish up. It's a great way to take advantage of deals anytime of the year! I usually keep them in what I call the Christmas closet, but this year I ran out of room and it has taken over the corner of the guest room. Now it's Christmas corner.

I may be tied up with work stuff for 2 weeks in December, so I'm definitely thinking about Christmas presents now. Local shopping is hit and miss, so I'm planning a trip to a decent outlet mall in November when DH and I are traveling for a weekend trip.
When I first got out of school, I had a part time job at Pier 1, and we actually had a store meeting where we put together gift sets in the $5 and $10 price ranges because a lot of people give those kinds of gifts. If your family members like Pier 1 stuff, that is an idea. I also like to do themed gifts like getting some movie theater style candy, a box of microwave popcorn and a few dollars to spend at Redbox (you can print the Redbox label and make a little envelope to put the $ in) and putting it in a $1 popcorn container from Target or getting pasta sauce, garlic bread, pasta, olive oil, etc., and putting it in a little basket or container.
Baby #2 missed m/c and 8.5 weeks, blighted ovum with D&C. Baby #3, heartbeat at 5w5d, stopped growing at 6w3d. Rest peacefully my angels.
