lower back swelling

So last night I asked my husband to give me a back rub since my lower back was stiff.  He said he noticed that my lower back looked swollen or puffy.  Have any of you experienced this before?

    Crazy, me too. My DH noticed it a couple nights ago but I didn't really think anything of it. I have no idea what it means, if it means anything.
