I ate ice cream this weekend
And LO didn't seem to be any crankier than normal and his poop was normal!
He has a little rash on his neck, but he had it before I ate ice cream and it didn't get any worse.
I am not going to embrace all dairy all the time yet, but I think I can relax a little bit and enjoy the occasional treat. It was a single-serving cup of Ben and Jerry's and it was so good.
