Housekeeper Question

We have a great housekeeper that we love and who comes and cleans our home top to bottom every two weeks. We pay her $80 normally. Today we talked about her coming  during the "in between" week and doing some ironing (basically DH's work shirts and pants with a couple of things for me) and general straightening up. I want to make it worth her time since she lives about 20-30 minutes away, but I don't think its worth paying $80 on these "in between" weeks. Does anyone else have an arrangement like this? How much should I be paying? Thanks!

    We had a similiar arrangement for every week but since the house didn't need to be cleaned top to bottom they'd do things like light cleaning and then washing all the beds and linens and changing them on the "off" week. We negotiated a flat weekly rate but that was a reduction of only $5. So, you'd pay, for example, $75 per week.

    If you can swing it, have her come, pay her the whole rate and ask her to do a couple more things!
