I don't think we're going to have a big party this year for Andrew's birthday. I would like to get away for the weekend.
We'll be going as a family of four- there will be no one to watch William who will be 6 months old at the time. I realize there will be restrictions on what I can do with William.
Any Disney tips for us with a 3 yo and baby?
Re: Disney for 3 yo & baby?
We went to Disney when Big E was 2.5 yrs old and Baby E was 4 months old. You'll be surprised how much you can do with 2 little ones! The 2 best parks for little ones in my opinion are Magic Kingdom and Epcot. What time of year are you going?
I would recommend to take only what is really necessary. You will have enough on your hands with the 2 kiddos.
We took a small diaper bag with a long strap so you can put over your head and across one shoulder. We took a change of clothes for each child and one thing I do recommend to bring enough of is diapers and wipes! If your stroller has a compartment where you can stick a few extra diapers, do so! We took a few snacks for Big E, a couple of burp cloths for Baby E, and my nursing wrap. It was very cold in the mornings/evenings when we went so we brought sweaters for the boys and put under the stroller if not using.
We made sure to look at the maps ahead of time to plan out our day. Our schedule revolved around the baby's feeding time so we tried to be near the "Baby Center" during those times since it was much more comfortable to nurse in there instead of outside.
If I think of anything else I'll let you know! Hope you have fun on your trip!

I will add that I think Hollywood Studios is the best park for Andrew's age. They have a whole area of what used to be Playhouse Disney, and if he is anything like Spencer he will love the action of the stunt car show, Indiana Jones, as well as the Pixar area.
Enjoy!

Thanks, everyone!
We're planning to go towards the end of October.
We'll probably only go to Magic Kingdom for one day to save money on this trip.
DH was a little concerned that Toontown will be closed but I imagine there's still plenty to do.
Big E loved Toontown and it was great for kids but Fantasyland is very baby friendly and you will have plenty of rides to go on there to keep the boys busy!
Have fun!
