How do you guys drink water during the day and test OPK's? When I drink alot I have to pee and then I feel like my urine is diluted. Can you still get a plus with diluted pee??
I try to make sure I hold my pee for at least 2 hours before I do an OPK. I drink a lot of water througout the day but I have a bladder of steel so holding it isn't a big deal for me.
So happy for my BFPB Steff13914 and her new twins! Welcome to the world sweet babies:)

Quite a few months ago I peed on an CBE OPK (back in the early days before I got smart and started PIAC) and I guess it didn't register enough liquid on the stick for it to start flashing as though it was working. I didn't want to waste my opportunity since I expected to get a positive that day, so I ran the stick under a slow-running faucet for a split second to get it a little more wet, and sure enough it started to flash and process the results. I figured it would have diluted it too much for it to show positive since it had water directly on it, but believe it or not it DID show positive!
Take it for what it's worth, but it personally made me a believer that those things are more sensitive to LH that we give it credit for.

Okay thank you all! I've been trying to hold for 4 hours before PIAC and I just felt like I was dehydrating myself. I"ll plan on trying to hold it for 2 hours and drinking normal, but not excessive amounts. Thanks!
Re: More Water...
I try to test earlier in the morning just because of this reason.
I can't hold my pee at all, so I go to the bathroom about once every hour during the day. Hence, I try to test at 10 AM in the morning...
