Baby Boy Name Poll

My husband and I both like Eli. I like it as a nn for Elijah, but I'm not sure he's on board with that. John and Roman are family names.

 My last name starts with P and ends with -on.

    We went with Elijah James. I like that we can call him Eli, Elijah or E.J. So I voted for Elijah John.

    I don't care for the repeated "J" sounds in Elijah John so I went with Elijah Roman. Like you, I prefer Eli as a nickname.

    Elias can also be shortened to Eli. It sounds better with John IMO (Elias John).

    100% this!!! I loooove Elias, I wanted to name Victor this for a long time, Dh wasn't on board! Granted, I looove Victor now too haha

    I would go with either Eli John or Elijah Roman. I like Elijah but I don't see a problem with Eli as a full name. I really like PP's suggestion of Elias, too.

    Thanks everyone for your votes and feedback! I don't know if DH will go for Elias. I thought Elijah John sounded odd too with the double J sound but I think he will prefer it to Elijah Roman. Oh well, I guess we have time to decide!

     And can I just say how much I appreciate your feedback! We are not sharing names with anyone IRL, so it helps to have that from you all! Thanks!
