Trying to Get Pregnant

UO

Lets hear 'em!

Mine is that arguements and debates of certain issues irritate the crap out of me. Abortion, gay marriage, mommy wars, ect. I have my own beliefs and opinions and act accordingly but I don't understand why anyone else would care. Maybe it's naive but on most of these issues I firmly believe that my choice doesn't effect you and yours doesn't effect me.

  • I don't understand or like the idea of "jeggings". I went into several stores last night with a girlfriend... and there they were! In jean color, red, blue etc... why don't you put stirrups on the bottom and wear schrunchy sucks with them?! I find it very wanna be hipster like. Ugh. Jeggings... WTH!

Camel toe... ha!  I totally agree... leggings are NOT for the workplace.  I saw a woman the other day in our building wearing a black pair that was probably three sizes too small.  They were stretched so thin that you could literally see everything.  Gross.

I wish I could agree with this! When things such as abortion and marriage are politicized and laws are made -- people's choices are removed. My opinion (or vote/support/whatever) then does effect other peoples ability to make their own decisions. I really wish it weren't this way.

Well yes, I guess I should clarify. When voting your opinions certainly do matter and effect others. I guess it's more of a you have your right to think your way and I have a right to think mine and vote accordingly. I just can't stand the force that people put their opinions on others.

My opinion still stands on all parenting issues.

  • I hate movie remakes. Some are okay, but the recent ones irritate the crap out of me:

Footloose, Karate Kid, Fright Night, A Nightmare on Elm Street to name a few and I just heard they are doing a remake of Point Break. Why?? You can't make that better (even though I love that movie) and it hasn't been nearly long enough to do a remake that makes sense.

That's my UO, I hate movie remakes that don't make timeframe sense. If it is 40 years old, go for it. Angry

I totally agree.  I heard they are remaking Dirty Dancing too.  It makes me sad.  Loved Ocean's 11: older movie and the remake was even better than the original.
