Silly DD Story

Today DD really wanted to watch TV. We were downstairs and she had the remote and was pointing it at the TV. She couldnt get it to work (thankfully) and said "Mommy, remotes not working" then she looks at it and says quietly "F---". I said "Avery, what did you just say?" and she looks at me and goes "I SAY F---!"  I said "where did you learn that word" and she goes "Nama's house in Buffalo" (which I doubt is true since my Mom rarely swears).  I just thought it was funny that she totally used it correctly because she was upset at the remote-cracked me up!  I  still have no idea where she got the word from though!

    They repeat everything now!  Maybe she really did hear it there - on tv or a neighbor or friend or something?  My mom never swears and I would totally joke about it to my mom for years if dd ever swore and then blamed it on my mom haha

    Oh man, I would be teasing my mom for so long about this! She always says my sister and I have mouths like sailors, I would be dying laughing if DD blamed it on her.
