Posting earlier in hopes we got more ladies to participate!!
I know it's getting harder and harder for all of us to exercise. I know I'm tired when I get home and the last thing I want to do after cooking, cleaning, etc. is exercise. But try to remember the great benefits you and the baby are getting if you can squeeze in even 15 minutes of some type of exercise. Even a quick walk, some stretching, or a few arm weights for 10 minutes is better than nothing! Also, keep in mind that there have been many studies to show that on average, women who exercise throughout pregnancy have easier labor and recovery than those who do not. That's motivation in itself! I know it's tough, but we don't have long to go!
I'm an evening exerciser, so I'll post my check-in later tonight.
Re: ***Wednesday Workout Check-in***
This past week it has been a struggle for me to get out and even take the dog for a walk around the block. I have been having so much hip and pelvic pain, I am literally hobbling around. So pathetic. Gonna try and get out tonight with my husband to take the dog out and see how it goes. DH is recovering from hernia surgery, so he is almost as pathetic as I am, haha.
Been doing some light stretching everyday, hoping that will help with some of the pain, but nothing is helping so far. Think I might try going to the chiropractor and see if I can get any relief. I really want to keep doing some light exercise everyday, but it really is almost impossible right now

I love this discussion. Yesterday I was able to do 45 minutes on the eliptical machine and then spend about 20 minutes for free weights. Today I am going to dinner with a good friend so I wont be able to go to the gym. I squeezed in a quick 20 minute walk with a co-worker during lunch.
Spin class!
You go girl!
I did 20 minutes walking hills on the treadmill and arm weights. Just got back from a 40 minute walk with the dog.
