How do you deal with the pain that comes with AF? I was diagnosed in college, and was on BCP to manage it (very effectively, for which I'm thankful!), until May. My doctor said everything looks good, and I stopped taking the pills so DH and I could start TTC. Over the past few months the pain and cramping I feel before/during AF has gotten progressively worse.
Before I was on BCP, I had a prescription for Percocet to manage the pain, but I haven't wanted to take that again since we're TTC.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I take 800mg of ibuprofen during the day and use the heating patches while at work, when I can't use my heating pad. I take prescription pain meds at night.

It's so hard with endo because PG and BCPs are the best things to keep it at bay. Sorry you're dealing with this.
I take 800 mg. of Ibuprofen as soon as the cramps start and then stay ahead of the pain. Once you're to the point where you're doubled over, it's so hard to manage it.
BTW: My RE is perfectly fine with me taking Ibuprofen on CD1 & 2, he said you just want to avoid it past CD3 when you're TTC.

Thanks for all the advice, ladies. Sweetgoose, I'll have to try those heating patches while I'm at work. I completely forgot those even existed!
I may try to get my Percs back next month, if this isn't our cycle, since all the OTC meds don't really do much for me. I've been trying to avoid them, not so much because of TTC, but because I need them most while I'm at work, but I'm not really supposed to take them while I'm there.
Thanks again for all the ideas and encouragement. I really appreciate it!
