Uggh:Orange water and RLR

so I guess we are having a bout of orange water. I am guessing they're working on local pipes or something. We get this every few months. Grrr.
On the day I decide to RLR my dipes too. I'm on about the 10th rinse still trying to get rid of bubbles and have discovered many of our natural fiber inserts are now tinged orange. Is this going to screw with absorbancy in any way (possibly from mineral deposits) I am guessing the water is probably harder than ever right now. Also, will this crap come off eventually? Anyone have experience with this happening?
Also, if you've used RLR when do the bubbles stop? 20 rinses? lol

how did it work for you? My inserts were STILL not odorless. Not stinky just not perfect so I ended up doing bleach on them.
