I lost mine this morning. My family members keep saying I should call the dr because I lost it too early. I don't think the doctor will care or do anything about it because if I were to go into labor at this point they wouldn't stop it. How far along were you when you lost yours? Should I call the dr or is it no big deal?
Re: Mucas plug how many weeks were you when you lost yourss
If you've lost yours this early, chances are it will regenerate. I don't think you need to call unless you start contracting regularly and/or your water breaks. Losing the mucous plug is not necessarily an indication of labor beginning.
Edit: Oops, forgot to answer the original question...I haven't lost my mucous plug yet.
With my DD I was 36W6D and I had her at 37W0D.
I'm still waiting to loose it this time around...

Started losing mine a while ago, but just lost the rest of it with an unceremonious "plop" this morning. Like PPs said, because it can regenerate, and because it doesn't necessarily mean labor is imminent (sigh), I wouldn't worry about it.
