  Haven't lost mine yet, but some of the ladies here have said that it can grow back. There's no harm in calling your doctor/mid-wife.

  If you've lost yours this early, chances are it will regenerate. I don't think you need to call unless you start contracting regularly and/or your water breaks. Losing the mucous plug is not necessarily an indication of labor beginning.

  Edit: Oops, forgot to answer the original question...I haven't lost my mucous plug yet.

  With my DD I was 36W6D and I had her at 37W0D.

  I'm still waiting to loose it this time around...

  I started losing mine around 33 weeks.  They can come back, and are not necessarily a sign of being in active labor.

  Started losing mine a while ago, but just lost the rest of it with an unceremonious "plop" this morning.  Like PPs said, because it can regenerate, and because it doesn't necessarily mean labor is imminent (sigh), I wouldn't worry about it.

  Still waiting on mine.  I haven't even lost part of it.  TMI alert, but I haven't even had any discharge this entire pregnancy.  All the books say you notice an increase in it but I seriously don't have any.  Makes me think my labor is a looong ways off.

  Haven't lost mine either.  And like the pp, I barely had/have any discharge either throughout this pregnancy.

  Still waiting on mine. But I was told by my OB that you can safely lose your mucus plug up to 6 weeks before you actually deliver. I'm sure you're fine. But it would still be a good thing if you just let your OB know.
