  Some of the full panels have thicker fabric, not like the secret fit. IMO, the secret fit holds up better. I also noticed the full panelsput more pressure on your belly.

  it is about the same the only difference is that the secret fit can be folded or rolled comfortably to be a mid or low rise where full panel would be very uncomfortable if you tried to 'modify it'.

  Yup - what she said....secret fit belly is very thin....and the only type of panel I have been able to find - is really thick - almost like it compresses your stomach - secret fit isn't like that at all....it's a lot different - at least to me.....

  Your brain tooted....  Secret belly fit is far superior to the imitators.  Thinner, stretchier, more breathe-ier.  Oh how I love me some!

  Secret fit IS Full pannel but Full pannel does not always = secret fit.

  SF is wonderful, it flattens and smooths.
