See, to me, if we're talking about how "bad" a certain food is for you, mac and cheese is the same as McNuggets in my world.
Wouldn't that depend on the quality of the product?
Aren't McNuggets not that bad? I know they aren't organic, but I know they are definitely not as bad as some other fast food nuggets.
Still, I'd eat the hell out of both.
I just had a 10 piece yesterday after my doctor appointment for my UTIfromhell. They so yummy. But not for my baby love. Yet. Until he starts screaming for Happy Meal toys.
And he is looooving on this mac and cheese. But it's ::gasp:: slow cooker mac and cheese.

I'm pretty sure they are terrible. Like ground up stuff you don't want to know about. You want to see what looks like flesh (I really hate saying that ick) when you tear open a patty or nugget and you don't get that at all when you open a mcnugget. It means it's pureed because it's full of fat and cartilage to hold it together.

I would eat it, I just wouldn't give it to Molls.
Ugh... I just had this for lunch. The thought of it is turning my stomach now.

Ryan had a McDonalds french fry last week and loved it. He will have another one when I stop for McNuggets after my doctors appointment. Thanks for making me want nuggets.
Ug, my 10 year old BIL refuses to eat anything but McDonald's Chicken Nuggets, and I mean to the point where if MIL doesn't buy them for him, he flat out will not eat. Almost week an entire week once, only drinking sodas because she wouldn't buy them for him.
Re: My kid is eating mac and cheese for lunch...
Mine too!! I got some "organic grass fed" cheese yesterday and made Molls mac and cheese for lunch she friggin loved it.
How did Cash like his lunch?
