Top Sirloin with Baked Brie open faced sourdough sandwiches and grilled asparagus
That sounds great... Would you mind sharing the recipe
Yes, please. This sounds amazing!
It's nothing too fancy and I switch it up depending on my mood! Usually you would use a ciabatta roll, but tonight I'm using sourdough bread from the deli we already have.
Grill small thin pieces of top sirloin to medium rare (how I like it)
I do my asparagus in tin foil on the grill with olive oil, butter, minced garlic, salt n pepper. I also grill any other veggies I like to add onto the actual sandwich: Red peppers, oinions.. whatever!
Then I bake the brie so that it's softened.
Layer it all on the bread: Mayo, dijon mustard, any grilled veggies I have or want at the time, steak and brie.

Brie is in the deli area more than likely where they have the fancy cheese ( not with sliced and shredded) and the bread should be in the same area where the store bakes their own bread for you to buy. Good luck!
