I'm confused

I have been TTC for about 5 months now. I have used Ovulation tests and they just confuse me more. The first month I tested positive for 5 days and the second month I never tested positive? I have endometriosis and don't know of this has anything to do with it? What could this be? What else can I do?

    Are you charting your temps? Observing cervical fluid? Cervical position? These things will help pinpoint your O date.

    I have been observing cervical fluid but it lasts about 3 days when is the best time to TTC? I never heard of Cervical position what is that?
