For Emma's birthday I wanted to do an all pink dessert table. My Kroger has mini tart cups. So I was thinking of tinting vanilla pudding to make it pink.

Would that be stupid?

I know when I told DH about this I will got all kinds of side eye like "ooook you know she's 2 right? Her "friends" aren't going to judge you on pudding tarts." He walked off. Of course that's baited me and I have to follow him "Look here! I carried her and I'll make whatever tarts I want and YES her 'friends' will think I'm super freaking awesome cuz I made each dessert at that party!" It was getting kinda bold. I have since reminded him that I am the controller of "parts" and he's been better.

He's at an Eagle Scout meeting and I popped my Cupcake wine. Want a glass or three?

I would love a glass but I had to take a muscle relaxant my back and ankle are killing me. I had to get xrays on my ankle today it's been really bugging me. I don't know what I did. It's not a sprain and it's in the joint, the doc is checking for arthritis (from 18 years of karate) or possibly god forbid a tumor.

It's funny you say this I was thinking of piping raspberry preserves in the bottom with a pink vanilla pudding on top.

I'd skip dipping the shells in chocolate. At 2, that's just going to leave melted fingerprints everywhere. The rest sounds awesome.
