I hope you ladies don't mind me posting this here... but it helped me when I couldn't get pregnant.
There is apparently a link between gluten intolerance/celiac and unexplained infertility (https://www.celiac.ca/infertility.php/)
I had a heck of a time getting pregnant until I found out about this and decided to go wheat-free for 3 months. There is a family history of wheat intolerance in my family anyhow, so I figured - what the heck?
I was able to get pregnant and stay pregnant - it may have been a coincidence, but it was totally worth it for me to try.
Re: wheat & infertility
Glad your story had a happy ending
Did you have any other symptoms of gluten intolerance? Do you still avoid wheat?
I'm so sorry that going wheat-free didn't help
That was only my personal experience - I wish I had something more helpful to add to help.
Yes, I had a few different symptoms of an intolerance (chronic headaches, itchy skin) but I really react badly to wheat now, so I try to avoid it when at all possible. It's not worth the side effects for me now.
