The "O" ball toy, breathable bumpers, and the Itzbeen timer. I wouldn't have survived the first month without the Itzbeen. It kept track of when the last feeding, diaper change and naps were. Something I could never have done in my sleep-deprived state.

What is the "o" ball toy? I'd Google it, but I'm a little afraid of what it will bring up! As for me, there's quite a few things. Moby wraps are the only thing I can think of right now though!

Not a lot actually If we talk products, I can't think of one single object but here is where I learned a lot about CD, I found Pinterest (now I'm addicted! lol) and have learned about things like the growth spurts and things like what's normal, what's not with LO.

Timing of growth spurts. Pretty much any time LO does something that might concern me, I just read on here and there has usually been a bunch of moms who have been through the same thing-and it is usually normal.

Breathable bumpers

There is a lot of stuff I learned on here that isn't a product. For example the 4 month wakeful period.

For products, breathable bumpers and the fact that "3 months" in Carter's means 0-3 months, not 3-6 months.

For non-products, SO many things. I had never heard of the 4 month wake and didn't know about the timing of growth spurts, among many things.

I also learned about the 4 month wakeful. Somehow that little gem of knowledge passed me by with my first. She never slept anyway though, and I don't remember her being any worse at 4 months.
