I looked in different places and I found coconut oil at Whole Foods Market but it says "unrefined" is that ok?

  • Sure!

    Well, I assume so. Mine is also unrefined. If I had it to do over again, I would move a little bit into another container to use for butt/skin purposes and put the rest in the kitchen. It doesn't take much as all per use. And it's melting point is somewhere near room temp, so you may find it's solid one day and liquid the next.

    That! And it makes cookies, cakes and brownies taste even more awesome :) I sub it instead of veg oil in all of my baking.

    Hmm interesting.

    I used to use it in my hair.  It makes it really shiny.  I should get more.
