The freestyle is a little smaller, it's digital and it has a rechargeable battery. The in style uses AAs, and has a dial to turn to adjust the strength. I believe the freestyle also has a timer.
I went with the in style because it was about over 100 dollars less and the features weren't worth it to me. But u might feel differently.
I have the freestyle and I really like it, but I got it on an insane sale last year (less than $100 new!). I don't think I would have paid the extra $100 for the freestyle features if I had been paying full price for one or the other.
I have and love the Hygeia EnJoye. It's small and not attached to a bag, which works better for my lifestyle. I think it's much more comfortable than the two hospital-grade pumps I used (Symphony and Lactina) and I get as much or more milk than I did with those two. I was EP for the first 8 weeks and now am a combo of pumping and at-breast feeding.
Hygeia also has a generous 21-day return policy that no other pump company has. It's also a closed-system and certified by the FDA for multiple users (with new personal kit). Pricing ranges from $219-$299 depending upon which battery pack option chosen.

I have the freestyle and love it. I would pay the extra 100 to not have to worry about batteries, you can just use it anywhere (the charge lasts a LONG time). It's a lot smaller too, and digital, and comes with soft shields.
