I get so worried about eating right while I am pregnant! What have you ladies had to eat today? Maybe I will stop freaking out if I see that most of you are eating like me LOL.
For breakfast I had waffles with a tiny tiny bit of peanut butter on them to get some protein in me. Too much peanut butter and I wouldn't have been able to eat them. And for lunch I ate graham crackers. It was the only thing I had in my lunch bag that didn't make me gag at the thought. Who knows what I'll be able to eat for dinner...I'll cross that hurdle when I get there.

Well m/s hasn't hit for me yet, and hopefully it won't. I had an apple and yogurt for breakfast. Yogurt pretzels for a snack and for lunch a chicken salad sandwich on wheat, grapes, fat free choc pudding and a fiber 1 bar. For dinner we're having a babyfit.com recipe. If you're worried about what you're eating I get meal ideas from them daily and they are all really good and balance out all the things we're suppose to be getting.

I've been eating terribly because I can't stomach anything healthy.
Today I ate special K fruit and yogurt cereal with no milk, a couple of triscuits, a half of a cheese hoagie and some croutons. It seems like I can only eat plain carbs. I'm going to try to eat an apple in a little bit.
A drinkable yogurt, some cheez-its, and currently trying to see if we can get and keep a piece of pizza down. Not that great of a report card, admittedly

I've had Oh's Cereal 1 stonyfield Key Lime 0 fat yogurt, a salad with veggies, 1 egg, with a spoon full of macaroni salad. 1 Apple, and tonight for Dinner..2 slices of home made pizza ( a bit healthier than take out) and I'm going to make a chocolate pretzel ice cream cone... because I deserve it!
For breakfast I had multigrain cheerios, an apple, and orange juice. Then for a snack before lunch I had a Nature Valley granola bar. For lunch I had a cheese and fake vegetarian bologna sandwich on multigrain bread and a yogurt. Then for a snack I had wheat thins with Laughing Cow cheese and also some peanuts. And then of course I've been drinking tons and tons of water.
The two things I've been tracking are my iron and protein intake. Those are two things that I don't think I got enough of before being pregnant and they're not in my prenatal vitamins. So I actually keep track of those two things and make sure I get the amount I need each day.
Today I managed to eat some left over au gratin potatoes and half a grilled chicken breast, which is probably the best I have done in about a week. Nothing even remotely healthy sounds good, which sucks. Even water is making me feel like I am going to throw up. I can't wait for this m/s to end!
For breakfast I had half of a bagel with FF cream cheese, handful of frito's mid morning, and almost half of a subway pizza for lunch which was not very m/s friendly--threw the rest in the trash. I just ate a packet of DS's dinosaur fruit gummies and that seemed okay. Far from any ideal pregnanct diet...
I was feeling very sick this morning. So I'm having my breakfast now, a bowl of cheerios. Maybe I will be able to tolerate something a little healthier for dinner, but who knows!
I am eating so horribly because of my M/S. I actually had a breakdown lastnight because I am so frustrated with not being able to eat anything. I had an eating disorder in college and after that got healthy and was a very concious/healthful eater until m/s started.
The past 3 days all I can seem to keep down are Kashi cheddar flavored crackers, grilled cheese on whole wheat bread, frozen yogurt, and gummy lifesavers.
This morning I did have about 3 bites of cream of wheat and some apple sauce. The thought of fruits or veggies right now is just nauseating.

Yesterday was my first day of m/s, so I'm new to finding what I can manage and what looks appealing. So far not much.
Today: a piece of bread, a Kashi cereal bar, a peanut butter sandwich and some triscuits. A whole lotta carbs. I am planning on incorporating broccoli and apples for dinner! Planning.
This weekend was bad for me, too. We were out of town since Thursday, so it wa a lot of eating on the road. Saturday my dinner was nachos and birthday cake.
I had 6 Saltines and a ginger cookie for breakfast because I was so sick, I couldn't stomach anything else. Then I ate 4 sour patch kids to try to reduce the queasiness and that worked pretty well. For lunch I had a bowl of cereal (Lucky Charms), a glass of kefir, and grapes. I feel like I haven't eaten that well today, but when it's all you can do not to puke, you have to give yourself a little break, I think.
I had a plain slice of bread this morning to help with m/s. I made gingerbread cookies today and have had plenty of those with some milk. I did also have a salad at 1 am if that counts as today.

I have m/s from when I wake up until around 11:00 so I eat fine after 11:00 but I can't eat much before that. I have also found that eating every 3 hours has helped with feeling sick.
This morning for breakfast I ate multi-grain cherrios.
morning snack about 3 hours after I had a bananna
Lunch I had salad and grilled chicken
afternoon snack about 3 hours after lunch, an apple
I had cheerios for breakfast. An apple for a snack. Chicken noodle soup and oyster crackers for lunch, and some popcorn for an afternoon snack. I'm eating pretty bland these days!
So far: cinnamon toast crunch, 2 sticks of string cheese, 2 slices of deep dish pizza, half an apple, and some ice cream. I feel gross no matter what I eat or don't eat.

Oh....and I have been eating like an idiot lately. I had pringles and m&m's for lunch. Tried to have a mini bagel this morning and I literally could not swallow it. We are supposed to have ham with pineapple sauce and corn for dinner...but i'm struggling with just the thought of it

I agree with PP, I eat what I can. As of last night, I've banned any food being cooked in the kitchen that I don't find 100% appealling... I had a really bad night. Things I've been eating a lot of successfully:
veggie subs at subway on white bread
panera broc cheddar soup
noodles mac n cheese
I'm pretty sure the thing that these foods have in common are white carbs and the fact that I don't see or smell them being made!
