Headaches...

Does any one else on bedrest feel like when they are laying down they get a terrible headache? Is there any way to correct this?

    Besides taking tylenol, you can see a chiropractor or if you have one in your area..an upper cervical chiropractor. I went to an upper cervical chiro (they work with the top part of the neck) because I had a part of my brain stem that was pinched off...he corrected it and I've been better ever since!

    I have been getting a fair amount of headaches lately, but didn't relate it to bed rest until I read this post. I wish I had a solution.

    I also remember that your doctor had some concerns about your blood pressure. Headache can be a sign of elevated blood pressure, and if you have concerns, you should call your doctor.

    yep thats me... I just called them. I'm starting to get upset at how unhelpful they are being during this pregnancy. Thanks for your help and advice.
