Microfiber insert in an AI2

Most of my covers are AI2s at this point. The grovia, flip covers and thirsties covers. I have several microfiber inserts that aren't getting used because of this. I know not to put them directly against LO's skin, but would you use them with a silk liner over top? I'm concerned that the silk liner might get bunched up and the microfiber will still end up against his skin.

    I've heard of people making silk/fleece sleeves for this.

    Thanks. I was thinking about this, too. I was thinking of just sewing the silk liner to one side of the microfiber. I guess I'll try that.
