Good Photographers for newborns in the D.C. area

Dear all,

I am not from the D.C. area and am interested in buying a gift certificate for a photo session for my sister and brother in law for when their baby is born. Any recommendations on a really good photographer?

They live in Rockville, MD. But the quality of the photographer is more important than the location.

These were all recommended by Nesties. In this area even if the photographer is based in VA or DC, it's likely that they'd travel to Rockville.
