List of solids

Ok so I get the bad mom award. At Charlotte's 4 month check up the pedi gave me a handout with a list of solids and when they should first be given. And it also had stuff to NOT give baby - such as honey. I of course lost it about 20 minutes later. I'm not going to start on anything but cereal for a while, but I was wondering if any of you have a list, either from your pedi or a link to a website you like, that you wouldn't mind sharing?
