I decided as I sit at work on a cloudy Sunday, that I would join up on the bump so I would have a place to go and talk about all this since I am not really telling the world around me yet....
In 2010 I had a miscarriage ...and I am find it really hard to be excited or happy about this one right now because I am waiting for the doom to come again. Its really frustrating and confusuing and at times, overwhelming.
I dont know how to think or feel or anything.
This one is quite a surprise....and funny enough...due on my birthday if all things go right. Happy 30th to me! haha
The boy is actually pretty excited about this...so he is doing well with it all...just worrying about what it means to be a provider.
But my first OBGYN appointment is on the 7th...so just under 2 weeks until I will know more...but for now...I have taken a billion home tests and they are all of course positive.
*sigh* Just a lot to take on...but I am glad there is this place where I can read and learn and see how everyone else due in May is doing ^_^

I used to run a punk club and I hang with a few local bands. I was just thinking about this today..how much that is going to change. So much is going to change. *falls over* haha
I see you are a Canadian mom as well as a punk rock mom to be! haha I am not Canadian...but I do love me some hockey. Can not wait for the season to start!! I go to Canada to watch games because real hockey fans are hard to come by in California. Even though I am going to another country to watch another team, I have only had the best reception from Canadian fans. They are the best fans in the world!
We do love hockey, I have already started watching pre-season! It's cool that you come here for games, the energy is amazing and we are especially receptive to our neighbors from the south who can appreciate the game. Running a punk club is much more punk than us, we typically go to see whoever comes to Toronto and make an annual trip to Vegas for punk but that's all. I know things will change in with the baby, we are excited as hell for it, but we still expect to go to go to all of the shows and make our way to Vegas once a here..... starting back up in 2013 that is!

I am not all that far from there (about a 10 hour drive or way shorter flight)
I was going to go to Vegas this January...but I am not really seeing the point =P I don't want to be in the clubs with the smoke or being offered free drinks ...hahaha So I think 2013 is a fine time to say YES to Vegas ^_^
