My favorite girl name is Josephine, NN Jo, but our last name is Jones and I don't know if I'm ok with Jo Jones. H likes it, because he likes Jo Jo. I don't love Josie, I really perfer Jo for a NN.
If these babies are both girls I think I want them to be Cordelia and Josephine. WDYT?

We too are Joneses and this is why I never would use the name Jonah. I really love this name, but could never do that to a child. I love Cordelia, however. It's my daughter's mn!
I guess Josephine Jones isn't so bad, but Jo Jones is horrible. Sorry.

Definitely too much.
And for some reason it makes me think of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory's Grandpa Joe and Grandma Josephine.
Could you call her Josephine?
This!
I love Cordelia and I love Josephine. But, I would not do Jo Jones; it's just too much. I would find something else to go with Cordelia.
And, when I first skimmed the title of this post, I thought you wrote Jo Jonas (as in Jonas Brothers), and I was like hell to the no!

Sorry, Jo Jones is horrible.
Josephine Jones isn't fantastic, but it's doable. But Jo Jones? Ugh, no.

This is tough because I love Cordelia and Josephine together, but I hate alliteration.
One of our friends dated a woman named Joliene who went by JoJo. I just think it is dreadful for a grown up. Plus, because my DH is prone to immaturity, he was constantly making french fry jokes about her.
