I forgot to take my diclectin last night and I've been sick all morning. Any ideas on how to make it go away? I need to clean my house, or finish cleaning before monday morning and I still have m/s at 15 weeks
I can't keep down any food and only small amounts of liquid...
Re: Help?
Also, let yourself take breaks. Prioritize what needs to get done so you can focus on that, but sit when you need to. You'll make yourself sicker if you push yourself.
Also, listen to any food cravings you have, even small ones. I had m/s early 2nd trimester, and I found eating the things that sounded mildly appetizing stayed down better. Good luck!
Is there anything that you have noticed your stomach tolerates better? I've found that things like yogurt, crackers, juice, bananas, sliced apples have a better chance of not making my stomach churn. I'm not sure about you, but I can't eat normal sized meals anymore.
Maybe try to sit down and watch a show and nibble on whatever you think won't make you gag. Try to keep your mind off feeling sick. Sometimes just thinking about throwing up is enough to make you do it, KWIM?
LOL IKWYM!
I have this face where I know it's coming but I'm trying to focus on not getting sick. It doesn't work very often, but I try.
Thanks for the tips everyone, I hope this goes away soon... what happened to it going away after 12 weeks?
