Hi ladies, quick question. On Friday morning I woke up with some really bad abdominal pain on the left side, it feels like a huge trapped gas bubble. It is a constant dull aching but when I get up, sneeze or move to fast it is like a knife stab. I have read that it may be RLP but I am beginning to worry as my belly is tender to the touch, and it is just on one side and I thought it would begin to lessen after a couple of days.
Any insight?
Re: Abdominal pain question.
I will go in and see my dr in the morning. There is no on-call anything here. Thanks!

RLP should go away if you rest, but gas pain will continue. Even before I was pregnant, I've been prone to very painful bouts of gas, and it's definitely gotten worse now that I am pregnant. If it's gas, taking a short walk should help. I've had a couple of days lately with bad gas, and it's no fun.
If you're running a fever, have any sign of contractions/cramping, or any abnormal bleeding, then go to the ER. Otherwise, good luck at the appointment tomorrow. If they give any good tips for getting rid of gas, I'd love to hear them...
