I'm left with saggy deflated skin after my second cs. The problem is that all that skin is keeping my incision moist. I know this isn't good so what can I do to keep it dry?
Hints I was given by the girls on the Multiples board was to blow dry (on cool) the incision after showers and to place a pad against the incision to absorb any moisture/sweat.

Blow dry after shower (or when it feels moist) Put a pad, cloth diaper or disposable changing pad liner under the "flap" to keep it dry.
This! Mine got really red and irritated after the steri strips were put on after the staples came out but doing this reversed it and it's healed just fine.
yup, blow dryer & a pad is what i did. Works wonders! (if you use a thick maxi pad it even adds extra cushion against the incision, might help with the pain a little bit)
