  I think Brooklyn and Dylan will sound very dated, much like Jennifer and Kevin from the 80s.

  Brooklyn is a borough.

  If you've been there and like it (I live there and love it) and want the association, great.  If you haven't -- it's kind of weird to name your kid that.  It's like naming your kid Detroit without having been there.

  Love the middle names.  Don't like the first names.

  Agree with PPs on liking Brooke instead of Brooklyn and would maybe suggest Christopher Dylan instead if you really like Dylan.
