  I am taking a prenatal class at Health Advantage Yoga in Herndon.  It is only offered on Thursdays from 5:45-7:15.  The instructor was a former L&D nurse and is super nice.

  Pure Prana in Old Town. They have several prenatal classes through the week on a regular basis so you can keep going until your due date. They also have a pre and post natal class as well as mommy and me classes.

  I do mine out of Virginia Hospital Center. They are great and have various locations and a great number of different times and classes. Good luck!!

  I took it at Beloved Yoga in Reston too - fantastic! And you can buy a 10-class pass and go whenever it works in your schedule. Prenatal is Sat morning in Reston, Sunday morning in Great Falls, and I think Thurs evening in Reston (maybe another evening in GF?).

  Journey Yoga on Columbia Pike is great!  They have a Sunday afternoon and thursday evening class.

  Thanks for all the suggestions - this definitely helps! Just last night, I realized I could do an unassisted squat for the first time - something I've been working up to for over a month now so I definitely want to keep up the exercises & stretches in prep for the big day.
