I'm making this for dinner tonight. Well the slow cooker is. The man put the meat in when he was home for lunch. My mom just called to tell me that it smells awesome.
Instead of wine we are using chicken broth and I skipped the soy sauce since the pork was already mesquite flavored.
That looks really good! You will have to report back. I love the way the crock pot makes the house smell

The meat was already mesquite flavored. I don't think the wine or soy sauce would have tasted right.
I don't drink wine unless I'm craving a headache.
Oh and it was really good. I couldn't even cut it right it was so tender. As soon as I went to cut the first part, the whole piece of pork hust split in half. lol
I made mashed potatoes and corn for sides.
